Residential Deep- Tier One

Recommended initially (or Tier Two), then quarterly.

Includes Tier One (see above) plus:

  • Interior of cabinets/drawers

  • Organize items in cabinets

  • Full window cleaning (tilt/turn windows required for exterior glass)

  • Wall spot cleaning

  • Grout cleaning

  • Cracks & crevices

Hot Tubs*: $50. Chemical balancing, water testing, vacuuming, skimming, and water changes (as needed).

Fireplace/Woodstove*: $25. Ash removal, wipe down, and fire setup for guests.
